About Victoria
Hi, I'm Victoria Glennon, M.S., BCBA, and the founder of Coast & Compass ABA.
I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2024, but my journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis began in 2021. I earned my B.A. from Stonehill College in 2021 and my M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College in 2024.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with children across a wide range of ages, needs, and environments, including in-home, clinic, school, and community settings.
I've especially enjoyed helping children develop skills that make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives—from communicating what they need and becoming more independent with daily routines to building social skills and navigating their communities with greater confidence.
Why I Created Coast & Compass
I created Coast & Compass because I wanted to build a different kind of ABA practice.
Larger ABA agencies can be an important resource for many families, but I believe there is also a place for a smaller, more personal approach.
Small and Focused
I intentionally keep Coast & Compass small so that I can work directly with each family and remain closely involved in every child's care.
Strong Connections
Rather than treating ABA like a checklist of goals, I take the time to understand what is genuinely important to each child and family. I want treatment to feel purposeful, practical, and connected to real life.
