Services
At Coast & Compass, services are designed around your child and family—not around a predetermined treatment model.
I provide two primary areas of support: Behavior Consultation & Intervention and IEP Advocacy & Educational Support.
Each family begins with a conversation about their needs, priorities, and goals so that we can determine what type of support makes the most sense.
Behavior Consultation & Intervention
Behavior Consultation & Intervention provides individualized, BCBA-led support based on your child's unique strengths, needs, and priorities.
Whether accessing services through insurance or utilizing private pay, the process begins with an individualized assessment. The assessment helps me understand your child's current skills, areas of need, strengths, routines, and the goals that are most meaningful to your family.
From there, I develop an individualized treatment plan and determine the appropriate combination of services based on your child's needs.
Direct BCBA Intervention
Individualized treatment provided directly by me, your BCBA. Direct intervention may focus on communication, independence, daily living skills, social interaction, emotional regulation, play, safety, school readiness, or other skills that are meaningful to your child's everyday life.
Caregiver & Parent Training
Practical guidance designed to help parents and caregivers support their child's progress outside of therapy.
Training may focus on understanding behavior, supporting communication, building independence, responding to challenging behaviors, and creating more successful routines at home and in the community.
Ongoing Treatment & Collaboration
Treatment plans are not meant to remain static. I monitor progress, collaborate with families, and make adjustments as your child's needs and priorities change.
The goal is always to make sure services remain meaningful and connected to your child's everyday life.
Services may be provided in the home, community, or through telehealth when appropriate.
Coast & Compass accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for eligible services, with private-pay options available.
IEP Advocacy & Educational Support
Navigating special education services and the IEP process can feel overwhelming. Coast & Compass provides private-pay support to help families better understand their child’s educational needs and feel informed, prepared, and confident as they advocate for their child.
Support may include reviewing IEPs and educational records, preparing for IEP meetings, and guidance throughout the IEP process.
IEP Advocacy & Educational Support is offered as a private-pay service.
